What Were Looking For
Licensed Professionals: Must have a valid Esthetician or Cosmetology License in the state of Kansas.
Skillful Technicians: Experience with lash extensions brow waxing tinting or lamination is a plus.
Positive Attitude: Bring energy approachability and a desire to help others feel confident.
Excellent Communication: Ability to build lasting connections with clients and teammates.
Professional Appearance: Maintain a polished clean and confident presence.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to studio success.
Flexible Schedule: Must be available for evening shifts (2:00 PM 8:00 PM) and weekends.

Responsibilities
Provide high-quality lash extension services in accordance with Amazing Lash Studio protocols and standards
Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
Arrive on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts and appointments
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
Proactively rebook clients and educate them on aftercare and ongoing services
Be a self-starter who takes initiative during downtimehelping with studio upkeep marketing ideas or assisting teammates
Actively promote your services both in-studio and on social media to grow your personal brand and build a loyal client base
Stay motivated to fill your book by engaging with clients asking for referrals and participating in studio promotions
Consistently seek feedback and opportunities for improvement and professional growth
Qualifications
Must be licened Esthetician or Cosmotologist.
