About the Role:
As a Command Center Executive you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the operational performance of our electric two-wheeler fleet in real time. You will play a crucial role in ensuring vehicle uptime addressing technical issues remotely and coordinating with field teams for on-ground support. Your role will require strong analytical skills problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Real-time Monitoring: Track the health location and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard.
- Incident Management: Identify faults breakdowns and anomalies in vehicle performance; initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed.
- Remote Diagnostics: Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely.
- Coordination: Work closely with field technicians service teams and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze data trends to predict potential failures optimize fleet efficiency and provide periodic reports to management.
- Customer Support Liaison: Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols; suggest and implement improvements.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
- Freshers can apply 1-3 years of experience in command center operations fleet management may be preferred (EV industry experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of IoT telematics systems and vehicle diagnostics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel SQL Power BI) is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
