MANAGER IN TRAINING
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee the stores operations and daily activities when the GM is absent
100% responsible for the activities and results of the collections OR sales department with direct supervision of department team members
Maintain updated and accurate goal boards
Assist in the sales OR collections process and help achieve the growth goals of the store
Help facilitate returns authorized by the GM and to make sure merchandise is inspected and cleaned properly
Maintain updated accurate customer information
Other tasks as assigned by management
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Must be good on the telephone and computer
Professional appearance and high energy
Must be at least 18 years old good driving record able to pass a background check and drug test (marijuana excluded)
Minimum high school diploma or equivalency some college preferred
Able to lift load and dolly merchandise
