The Engagement Compliance & Transitions Coordinator (ECTC) is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Sr. Director of Engagement & Compliance and team members the Sr. Director of Engagement & Compliance supervises. The ECTC is the key contact for residents and their families experiencing transitions and uses professionalism care and tact when dealing with sensitive transition situations. The ECTC plays a critical role in campus-wide document management and CARF compliance and accreditation efforts. Additionally the ECTC assists with writing and tracking policies supports the Housekeeping team and assists with team member engagement in campus-wide functions.
