Job Title: Account Manager (Inside Sales)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Manager (Inside Sales) to join our Corp HQ team and ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Reports to: Corp Sales Manager

Direct Reports: None

Pay Structure: Base pay plus team bonus; Exempt

Job Description:

Position Overview: The Account Manager (Inside Sales) will serve as the final handoff for Business Development Managers Product Managers and Design Managers. This role is crucial in preparing quotes and orders to meet clients detailed specifications auditing sales for accuracy and ensuring project timelines are met. The Account Manager will gather necessary project information from sales representatives clients architects and/or Project Management firms to determine objectives including the size scope budget and scheduling expectations of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Quotes and Orders: Accurately prepare quotes and orders based on clients detailed specifications ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Audit Sales: Conduct thorough audits of sales to ensure accuracy in ordering and adherence to project timelines.
  • Project Information Gathering: Collaborate with sales representatives clients architects and Project Management firms to gather essential project information and determine objectives.
  • Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to confirm project details and address any concerns.
  • Timeline Management: Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery and completion.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of all project details quotes orders and communications.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience in inside sales account management or project coordination
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams- Gasser sales teams ales independent contractors designers project managers GMs production operations
  • Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements:

The Account Manager Manager (Inside Sales) will primarily work in an office setting with occasional travel. The role requires extended periods of sitting and computer use.
