Business Strategy Analysis Consultant (Contractor)

Kaizen Analytix LLC an analytics products and consulting services firm that gives clients unmatched speed to value through analytics solutions and actionable business insights is seeking candidates for a Business Strategy Analysis Consultant for our Consulting Services team.

A Consultant will have the opportunity to work independently to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills solve complex problems and communicate your findings to the project leadership and client.

Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to client consulting engagements consisting of both custom and packaged analytics solutions by

Structuring ambiguous business problems and supporting data analysis business analysis and data visualization

Developing hypothesis-driven analysis plan and conducting data analysis to drive strategic recommendations

Collecting and reviewing available information to make data-driven business decisions and recommendations

Extracting and documenting business insights from the data analysis

Building the foundation for the project by capturing the business context: the problem current state desired future state business needs and success criteria

Developing a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users and technical teams to define technical and process requirements

Collaborating with the client team and cross-functional Kaizen team members including industry SMEs technical architects and data engineers

Working independently under the guidance of project leadership

Facilitate presentations and working sessions using techniques to help define project scope requirements business insights and presenting findings

Navigate the project team IT personnel and business sponsors through ambiguity in an effective manner

Cultivate effective relationships and credibility with client partners

Job Requirements:

Experience: 3 years of related work experience in business intelligence business analytics management consulting process improvement or related field is preferred.

o 2 years of consulting experience required

Education: Bachelors degree required; MBA is preferred

Core Skills: Strong communication analytical and presentation skills mindset of own it all the way

Experience working in agile methodology

Tools: Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications; Good working knowledge of Data Visualization tools (Tableau and Power BI preferred); Familiarity with SQL requried
