About the role
Vestiaire Collective is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant to join the Accounts Payable Team in Paris and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager. You will be responsible for the financial accounting of several entities of Vestiaire Collective.
What you will do
- Processing supplier invoices via the dematerialization tool
- Posting of supplier invoices
- Review analysis and reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Maintaining supplier master data in accounting systemSupplier payments sending payment details
- Participation in monthly closings
These missions may be expanded depending on the projects of the AP department.
Who you are
- BTS in accounting or equivalent.
- You have 3 years of experience in a company in AP accounting.
- Previous experience working on an OCR and ERP
- Knowledge of English both spoken and written is essential. French communications skills are a plus.
- You are autonomous responsible and motivated.
- You are organized and rigorous.
