A Team (Squad) Coordinator plays a significant role in the effective functioning of one or more fit for purpose teams Squads or projects within our organisation providing a positive customer experience by coordinating multi-channel initiatives.
Through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders in this role you will be a guardian for high standards of compliance a champion for processes and a systems expert.
What you will be working on:
As a Squad Coordinator youll play a vital role in ensuring the effective delivery of projects events and business support activities across our organisation. Youll achieve this by partnering within the business coordinating and delivering multi-channel initiatives ensuring a positive customer experience every step of the way. Key responsibilities include but not limited to:
Driving the coordination of internal and external meeting activities and engagements including team meetings education events and sponsorships
Coordinating travel and logistics for a variety of interactions from large conferences to hybrid digital and in-person engagements
Cross-Functional collaboration through partnering with relevant stakeholders and departments to proactively anticipate and troubleshoot any issues or roadblocks
Managing vendor and expense tracking
Contracting and logistics support for customer engagements primarily with Healthcare Professionals
Championing processes and optimiseing efficiency leveraging expertise in systems (e.g. vendor/expense management contracting document management) to drive operational excellence.
Effectively managing multiple priorities ensuring high-quality outcomes
Identifying development and knowledge sharing opportunities to drive continuous improvement for yourself and build on the capabilities of the team (and where appropriate other teams)
Who You Are:
You are a collaborative team coordinator with extensive administrative support experience eager to join a highly capable team that enjoys a diverse workload.
You Have:
Experience as Administration Assistant Team coordinator office management or similar
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite (a must)
Certificate in administration or related fields (preferred)
Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail consistently delivering value-adding experiences for all stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills creative thinking and a customer-centric approach that drive continuous improvement and simplification
An understanding of the agile principles and pharmaceutical industry including the Medicines Australia Code of Conduct (a plus)
