Job Description
Location: McKinney TX 75071
Employment Type: Permanent
Shift: 11:00 AM 09:00 PM
Hours Guaranteed: 40 Hours/Week
Compensation: Based on experience
- Circulate in various surgical procedures ensuring compliance with aseptic technique and regulatory standards.
- Assess plan implement and evaluate nursing care before during and after surgery.
- Maintain accurate documentation of nursing actions and patient responses.
- Communicate effectively with surgical team members.
- Ensure readiness of operating room equipment and supplies.
- Respond to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of circulating experience in an operating room required.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program or at least 2 years of relevant work experience beyond the minimum.
- Licenses/Certifications:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (or obtained within 30 days of hire or transfer).
