Job Description
Location: Round Rock TX 78665
Shift: 12 HR Days 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: (36 hours/week)
Compensation: Based on experience (Negotiable)
- Perform thorough patient assessments and create implement and evaluate individualized care plans.
- Adjust care plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families while demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Educate patients families nursing peers and community members to empower informed healthcare decisions.
- Assess and document learning needs to ensure effective patient education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute care strategies.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and follow up to ensure safe and effective care.
- Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving techniques in clinical and team situations.
- Ensure care delivery prioritizes patient safety efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster teamwork recognize team contributions and support professional growth.
- Participate in community service initiatives and mentorship of nursing peers.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.
