We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Product Manager specializing in Marketing Technology. This contract position requires a strategic thinker with solid technical expertise to manage and enhance our marketing technology stack focusing on leveraging tools such as Adobe Campaign Manager Tealium Attentive LiveRamp Tableau Google Cloud Platform (GCP) BigQuery Superset SQL and Python. As a Data Product Manager you will identify document prioritize and communicate the work that our engineering teams need to deliver to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Management:
Lead the development and execution of marketing technology strategies to support business objectives.
Oversee the integration and optimization of various marketing platforms including Adobe Campaign Manager Tealium and LiveRamp.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering marketing and business teams to design build and mature data products tailored to MarTech platforms like Adobe Tealium Attentive and LiveRamp.
Define success metrics and SLAs for key data products and services focusing on KPIs such as campaign performance data accuracy and platform adoption.
Work closely with engineers on an Agile Scrum team to plan and execute data product outcomes that drive marketing efficiency and customer engagement.
2. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Utilize SQL BigQuery Superset and Python to analyze marketing data providing actionable insights to enhance marketing capabilities.
Communicate decision-making processes and associated data insights widely throughout the company to ensure transparency and alignment with marketing goals.
3. Stakeholder Management:
Interpret and prioritize business needs across various stakeholder groups including Marketing Operations Data Analytics and Customer Data Management (CDM) ensuring alignment with Martech platform capabilities.
Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers ensuring service level agreements are met.
4. Innovation & Optimization:
Identify and propose new tools and processes to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest marketing technology trends and assess their applicability to clients marketing strategies.
5. Project Management:
Lead cross-functional project teams from concept through execution and delivery.
Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
6. Training & Support:
Provide training and support to marketing teams on new tools and platforms ensuring effective usage and adoption.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in product management roles with a focus on marketing technology or data-driven solutions at a technology company.
Strong expertise in Adobe Campaign Manager Tealium Attentive LiveRamp and Tableau.
Working knowledge of business intelligence/reporting tools such as Tableau & Superset with experience analyzing data and writing queries (SQL) for MarTech use cases.
Exposure to Big Data technologies like Spark and GCP (Google Cloud Platform) or similar platforms is essential for managing large-scale marketing datasets.
Working knowledge of Python and Shell scripting for data analysis and automation tasks related to MarTech platforms.
Strong data analytics background with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into impactful outcomes for MarTech platforms.

Experience and understanding of the data lifecycle; sourcing ingestion maintenance and removal with a focus on customer data privacy compliance data security and governance.

Exceptional independent problem-solving skills attention to detail communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
A record of delivering initiatives from concept through completion with a focus on driving measurable business impact.
Strong coordination skills with various vendors and partners to ensure seamless integration and optimization of Martech platforms.
Ability to drive execution stay ahead of dependencies make smart tradeoffs coordinate dependencies and maintain communication throughout the organization.
Ability to work some flexible hours due to varying time zones ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams.
