Main Tasks& Areas of Responsibility
:
Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs.
Develop strong working relationship with potential clients for new business opportunities within the assigned area.
Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
Develop business plans for optimal use of resources and time.
Assist in interviewing recruiting and training staffs.
Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
Perform market research to study customer behavior latest trends and competitor activity.
Organize regular meetings with management to discuss about business updates issues and opportunities.
Train staffs on daily responsibilities brand promotion and customer service activities.
Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the clusters and branches allocated.
Responsible for the administrative and operational functions at the clusters and branches
Review target achievement daily/weekly and study the issues and prepare the report for the management.
Maintaining punctuality discipline and high level of morality in tune with the ethics & values of ICL.
Provide market information on sales.
Ensure adherence to all processes laid down by the company at the clusters and branches.
Initiating and implementing various sales campaign / promotions in their respective areas

:
Strong Interpersonal skills
Strong English communication skills both oral and written are mandatory
Strong analytical problem solving skills

Special Requirements (If any)
:
Knowledge of Current Affairsand NBFCs.
Candidates with 8-12 years of NBFC/BFSI experience. Experience of similar field is preferred. Candidates should be willing to relocate if required
