Job Description

Job Title: Food and Beverage (F&B) Supervisor

Department: Food & Beverage / Hospitality Operations
Location: Qatar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: 45000 Rs Per Month

Position Summary:

The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations to ensure the delivery of high-quality service maintaining staff efficiency and achieving excellent customer satisfaction. This role requires a hands-on leader with a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and the ability to train and motivate the team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day operations in all F&B outlets to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Monitor staff performance provide coaching and ensure proper grooming and behavior.

  • Coordinate between kitchen and service staff to maintain timely food delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with health hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Handle guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions where necessary.

  • Conduct pre-service briefings and assign duties to service staff.

  • Ensure proper inventory management of F&B supplies and initiate procurement when needed.

  • Monitor dining areas and staff stations for cleanliness and efficiency.

  • Assist in planning and organizing special events banquets and promotions.

  • Generate daily operational reports and escalate issues to the F&B Manager.


Essential Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management Hospitality or a related field.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a supervisory role within the F&B or hospitality industry.

  • Certification in Food Safety & Hygiene (preferred).


Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Sound knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications (MS Office).

  • Customer-oriented approach with problem-solving skills.
