Job Description
We are hiring an Order Processing Specialist to manage the complete order lifecycle from
intake to delivery within the solar products supply chain. This role is essential for ensuring
seamless coordination across sales logistics and customer service.
Process customer and internal orders in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely delivery
Track orders and resolve any delivery issues or delays
Maintain accurate records of order status shipments and invoicing
Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
1 2 years of experience in order management or supply chain roles
Strong knowledge of order lifecycle and ERP systems (preferably in solar industry)
Excellent coordination problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor s degree in Business Operations or a related field.
