- Engage with architects interior designers project management consultants and contractors to promote and specify our products in various projects.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively presenting our products highlighting their features and ensuring their inclusion in architectural Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and project drawings.
- Collaborate with contractors to finalize product specifications as per the architects requirements.
- Generate three times the target pipeline to ensure consistent sales growth.
- Meet with clients to negotiate pricing and ensure the specified products are delivered to the project site.
- Conduct 3-4 productive visits and make 8-10 calls per day to maintain active engagement with stakeholders.
- Capture visit data in real-time using CRM tools to maintain accurate records.
- Identify and secure new business development opportunities acquiring at least two new clients per month.
- Implement up-selling strategies and manage product mix to maximize sales opportunities.
- Ensure 100% compliance with Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and adhere to credit management policies.
- Submit all necessary documents for order booking in a timely manner.
Requirements
- MBA (Sales & Marketing)/ with minimum 03 years of experience in similar domain
- Should have definitely worked in respectable B2B brands in the Building material industry(Paints/Sanitaryware/ Electricals/Hardware/ Solution Provider/ Glass/ Elevator).
- Candidates having worked with brands like Stylam Fundermax Crompton Greaves HindwareCrompton Greaves Godrej ROCA Jaquar Asahi etc- would be preferred.
- Should have worked in an ERP environment and should have working exposure to Sales automation tools and CRM.
- Should have had exposure to world class systems & processes
- Should have working knowledge of Influencers like Contractors and Architects along with deep understanding of Govt. Projects.
- Should have knowledge of assigned territory/ Area.
- Working experience in managing both Retail and projects necessary
