This is a remote position.
Position Title: Freelance Trainer Kafka Administrator (Level-2 & Level-3)
Training Scope:
Were looking for an experienced freelance trainer to deliver practical and hands-on sessions on Kafka Administration (Level-2 & Level-3). The trainer should bring deep technical knowledge structured content and a learner-centric delivery approach.
Topics to Be Covered:
Kafka architecture
Cluster setup & configuration
Topic management
Monitoring and troubleshooting
Kafka Connect KSQL and Confluent Control Center (C3)
Security setup: SSL ACLs RBAC
Disaster Recovery (DR) using MirrorMaker
Multi-Region Clustering (MRC) and Cluster Linking
Advanced performance tuning and optimization
Trainer Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and technically sound training aligned with the provided topic list
Provide practical demonstrations and hands-on lab guidance
Share recorded sessions study materials and practice assignments
Evaluate trainee progress and share feedback
Address queries and support post-session clarification
Skills & Expertise Required:
Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka ecosystem Confluent Platform and administration tools
Strong experience in Kafka security DR strategies and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Kafka Connect KSQL and related tools
Ability to configure and manage highly available and scalable Kafka clusters
Proficient in monitoring tools and troubleshooting Kafka issues
Excellent communication and virtual classroom management skills
