Work anytime between 9:00 AM 8:00 PM (Eastern Time Atlanta GA USA)

What You ll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls using prepared scripts and campaigns
Set sales and service appointments for dealerships across the U.S.
Perform warm transfers to internal teams as needed
Keep CRM records accurate and updated after every call
What You Need to Bring:
At least 3 years of proven experience in sales appointment setting or customer service
Excellent verbal communication and a confident phone presence
Strong active listening skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Comfort following structured processes and adjusting to various call flows
Ability to work independently and stay focused in a remote environment
Reliable internet a quiet workspace computer with webcam and a wired headset
Bonus If You Have:
Interest or experience in the automotive industry
Spanish language skills
Familiarity with CRM systems
Previous remote work experience

Education
Proven track record in sales, appointment setting, or customer service roles (3+ years preferred) Experience with CRMs Experience and familiarization with Elead, WeDrive, Vin solutions, and Drive Centric Understanding of automotive industry terms is a plus, but not required
