Job Description
- Lead OS migration efforts in a complex multi-tenant integration landscape (Linux and Windows).
- Upgrade and optimize the TIBCO MFT application landscape in conjunction with OS upgrades.
- Redesign and restructure the existing architecture to enable integrated cloud-based MFT systems.
- Manage project deliverables and timelines ensuring successful upgrades within tight schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance where needed.
- Execute and document day-to-day technical activities troubleshooting issues and implementing improvements.
- Support building secure and scalable MFT solutions involving B2B P2P and enterprise integration flows.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in TIBCO MFT tools and enterprise messaging systems.
- Proven expertise in TIBCO MFT application upgrades with complete ownership.
- Hands-on experience in OS migrations within multi-tenant environments.
- Solid knowledge of Linux OS Oracle databases and Java scripting.
- Experience configuring and managing SMTP and mailbox servers.
- Proficiency with MFT components including Command Center (CC) and DMZ (v8.4.0) with HTTPS and FTP functionalities.
- Strong understanding of networking load balancing and clustering.
- Ability to build and manage MFT projects and workflows including B2B and person-to-business transactions.
- Familiarity with shell scripting and on-demand service configurations.
- Analyze complex integration landscapes and propose effective migration and upgrade strategies.
- Work independently as a self-starter while supporting and guiding team members.
- Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Remain flexible and effective under time-sensitive and high-pressure scenarios.
- Identify potential risks early and provide actionable solutions.
