We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the Administration and Human Resources functions of our organization. The Head Administration & HR will be responsible for developing executing and aligning HR and administrative strategies with the company s overall business objectives. This role demands strong leadership effective communication a high level of integrity and a deep understanding of employment laws organizational development and office operations.
Design and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Lead manpower planning recruitment onboarding and performance management processes.
Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement with full confidentiality and accuracy.
Monitor attendance systems and ensure proper leave management procedures.
Manage promotions increments transfers and designation changes.
Drive employee engagement and welfare initiatives to boost morale and retention.
Conduct exit interviews manage relieving formalities and analyze attrition trends.
Ensure statutory compliance (ESIC PF Shops & Establishment/Factories Act etc.).
Handle employee grievances and implement conflict resolution mechanisms.
Maintain and audit employee records ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Analyze and improve compensation and benefits policies aligned with industry benchmarks.
Oversee day-to-day office operations and coordinate interdepartmental functions.
Manage the organization s communication channels (emails calls correspondence).
Organize meetings travel arrangements appointments and internal events.
Ensure the timely distribution of reports documents and MIS to management.
Formulate and enforce administrative work procedures and SOPs.
Represent the organization during official visits and external engagements.
Supervise facility management office infrastructure and vendor coordination.
Uphold compliance with safety security and regulatory guidelines across all functions.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 8 12 years of relevant experience including 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws HR policies and statutory compliance frameworks.
Strategic leadership and people management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Tamil & English fluency required)
Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint) and HRIS systems
Crisis and conflict management skills
Multi-tasking and time management under pressure
Full Time
