Job Description

Selling Partner Growth organizations vision is to empower Selling Partners with tools and programs that make Amazon store the premiere destination for new sellers and create the best place to build brands and achieve long-term sustainable growth. One of the ways we make progress towards this vision is through delivering relevant trust-worthy and globally optimized action recommendations to our Selling Partners.

At any given time there are a multitude of actions Selling Partners can take to grow their business on Amazon. Selling Partner Growth Recommendations (SPGR) is a cross-functional team leveraging vast data and machine learning models to estimate the potential impact of these actions and delivering contextual insightful recommendations to Selling Partners through self-service interfaces - simplifying their experience and boosting their success.

As a Senior Program Manager on Selling Partner Growth Recommendations team you will drive the SP
adoption and engagement of our recommendations. This will require developing dashboards analyzing key metrics and identifying root causes for adoption blockers. You will partner with engineers data scientists and UX designers to ensure our recommendations are trust-worthy and relevant. You will collaborate with product and marketing managers to refine the unique value proposition of our recommendations and how that is communicated. You will oversee mechanisms to orchestrate cross-org dependencies and unblock the tech team. You will frequently present to and seek alignment with senior leaders from partner teams.

- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership

- 2 years of driving process improvements experience
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- Experience working cross functionally with tech teams

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
