What Youll Do
- Lead coach and inspire a team of 10 service professionals
- Deliver best-in-class service experiences that keep customers coming back
- Drive departmental goals manage budgets and optimize productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety regulatory and brand standards
- Serve as a liaison between our dealership customers and Hyundai corporate
- Oversee equipment shop tools and a clean professional service environment
What You Bring to the Table
- 2 years of Service Manager Experience
- Proven experience leading a service department in an automotive dealership
- ASE Certification Valid Drivers License with a clean MVR
- Strong leadership conflict resolution and team-building skills
- A deep understanding of KPIs like repair order volume productivity and CSI
- Tech-savvy mindset with a passion for operational excellence
- Bachelors degree preferredbut experience speaks volumes too

Schedule & Expectations
- Full-time MondayFriday with some Saturdays as needed
- Core hours: 7:00 a.m. 6:00 p.m. (flexibility required for business needs)
