We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Workday Integration Tester to join our team in Kge Denmark. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems playing a crucial part in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our HR and financial processes.
- Design develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Workday integrations
- Perform end-to-end testing of Workday HCM modules and their integrations with other systems
- Identify document and track defects using Jira or similar project management tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and resolve issues
- Conduct performance and load testing of Workday integrations using appropriate tools
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for regression testing
- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with Workday updates and their impact on existing integrations
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and support go-live activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing with a focus on Workday integrations
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM system and its integration capabilities
- Expertise in integration testing methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in SQL and database concepts
- Experience with SOAP and REST API testing
- Familiarity with automation testing tools such as Selenium or LoadRunner
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Experience with Jira or similar project management tools
- Knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations
- Workday HCM certification (preferred)
- ISTQB certification (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Denmark for project-related activities
