About the Role:
The Coordinator Outreach is responsible for the planning and administration of daily tasks for the House of Commons gallery as well as related events such as; Question Period the budget speech the daily Books of Remembrance page-turning ceremony and tours of the Room of Remembrance. They ensure smooth service delivery and adherence to the guidelines by providing information advice and recommendations on gallery proceedings to Members staff and partners. The Coordinator Outreach is also responsible for the maintenance of various access lists and serves as the central point of contact for internal and external partners regarding guidelines and by-laws that affect all aspects of the galleries and the control of daily access.
