About your tasks:
Employer Brand Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement localized employer branding strategies for the German and Dutch markets for both volume and office recruiting.
- Act as brand guardian for all candidate-facing content ensuring consistent tone and messaging.
Recruitment Marketing Campaigns
- Plan and execute data-driven campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Indeed Glassdoor Kununu and relevant local job portals.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize using data insights for effective reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Storytelling
- Produce high-quality content including social posts employee stories videos career site updates and event assets.
- Partner with employees to create authentic narratives reflecting our culture and values.
Events & Community Engagement
- Coordinate Redcares presence at job fairs university events and meetups in Germany and the Netherlands.
- Support local employer brand activations and internal ambassador programs.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key KPIs such as campaign ROI engagement and employer reputation.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
About you:
- Proven experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing in Dutch and German markets.
- Expertise with LinkedIn Indeed Glassdoor Kununu and local job boards.
- Confident using analytics tools (e.g. LinkedIn Campaign Manager Google Analytics Excel).
- Data-savvy detail-oriented and driven to create a strong candidate experience.
- Skilled in content creation with a good eye for visual storytelling.
- Experience planning and executing digital and in-person campaigns and events.
- Strong communicator who loves building connections and sees the power of engagement and storytelling.
- Fluent in English German and Dutch.
