$77000 - $85000 annually

HireNow Staffing is actively recruiting 5 qualified and compassionate BCBA Therapists to join an exceptional behavioral health organization serving children and families across Southeast Michigan. Position Overview:
As a BCBA Therapist you will design implement and oversee individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Youll work closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to foster positive behavioral outcomes and support developmental progress.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP ABLLS-R FBA) and develop customized behavior intervention plans

Supervise and train RBTs ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols

Provide ongoing evaluation data analysis and clinical updates

Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments

Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
Qualifications:

Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Psychology Special Education or related field

Current BCBA certification required
-
Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Michigan

At least 1 year of ABA experience preferred

Strong interpersonal skills professionalism and a passion for helping children
