We are looking for aGeneral Affairs AdministrativeSpecialist to support corporate operations and assist Human Resources and Administration teams as needed. Responsibilities
Foster a collaborative team environment and uphold company core values.
Handle special assignments from management.
Consistently meet company safety goals.
Report to General Affairs Manager and Assistant Manager.
Identify and resolve problems proactively to prevent future issues.
Motivate team members with clear consistent communication.
Build and maintain trust in all internal and external relationships.
Manage office setup including furniture and supplies procurement.
Oversee janitorial vendor and office supply purchasing.
Assist in coordinating company events and activities.
Support expatriates with lease contracts school admissions SSN or drivers license processes and mobile phone billing.
Translate and interpret written materials as needed.
Distribute daily mail and packages.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Bachelors degree required.
Valid Drivers License.
Flexible to work nights weekends and holidays as required.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word.
ERP experience preferred.
