Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to join our team. The Logistics Analyst will be responsible for managing the flow of products and supplies from our suppliers to our clients. This role requires strong analytical skills as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for client orders
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Track and report on shipment status and provide updates to internal teams and clients
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels orders and shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan for future orders
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics Business Administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools
- Knowledge of supply chain management software is a plus
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not required
