You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailReporting to the Head of Recruitment Americas you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts across our key locations: Austin So Paulo New York and Mexico City. Your primary focus will be on product engineering and core hiring functions such as finance HR legal and compliance. You will lead a team of recruiters acting as a change agent to continuously improve the quality of our recruitment practices.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment efforts for all hires in the Americas focusing on Product Engineering Finance HR Legal Compliance and other core functions.
Ensure that our hiring aligns with the companys hiring location strategy.
Collaborate with hiring managers to sequence their hiring needs balancing both demand and capacity.
Lead develop and grow a team of recruiters in line with our talent advisory model.
Develop and set clear goals ensuring accountability and ownership within your team.
Meet regularly with department heads to discuss quarterly hiring plans providing data and market insights to guide their hiring decisions.
Work with global peers to drive a high-performance hiring culture across Wise; incubate and scale new processes and tools accordingly.
Ensure your team delivers the best possible candidate and stakeholder experience adhering to our values every step of the way.
Role-model DEI best practices to embed diversity into the DNA of our recruiting philosophy.
Build robust and scalable processes prioritizing automation where possible.
Lead regional recruitment projects and contribute to Wises global recruitment initiatives.
Participate in local events and drive a collaborative culture in our offices across the Americas.
Qualifications :
Strong leadership experience (5 years) developing and building recruitment teams.
Experience using data to build narratives influence change make evidence-based decisions and measure impact.
Experience managing recruitment across multiple locations or countries particularly in the Americas with examples of how you adapted strategies to different markets.
Proven ability to lead or contribute to DEI initiatives with measurable outcomes
Experience implementing or optimising recruitment technologies and tools such as recruitment automation solutions
Worked in a matrixed environment with an ability to engage and inspire multicultural teams.
