Job Description
The job duties are below:
Loss Prevention and Assest Specialist
- Inventory Control
- Review Audits and help identify cause of shortages
- Review No Sales and Voids to help identify issues
- Review Cash Over and Short to help identify issues
- Work with HR to make sure all identified issues are addressed promptly through documentation or employee terminations
- Review all customer and vendor theft reports and submit video to proper authorities
- Do not review or submit video for police for outside use unless approved by your supervisor
- Provide weekly cash over and short and inventory control reports to Alison and Sam
- Safety
- Transport Driver Training
- Develop and schedule at least quarterly training for each Transport driver
- Complete training and get sign off from drivers
- Review Transport Driver Hours and Safety Scores daily
- Follow up with proper documentation as needed
- Fleet Driver Safety Scores
- Review all driver safety scores
- Follow up with proper documentation all necessary incidences
- Review the Safety Walks that Maintenance completes
- Make sure all Issues are promptly addressed by creating maintenance tickets or working with staff to ensure safe working environment
- Safety Walks
- Preform quarterly safety walks at all sites
- Insurance
- Handle all Property Casualty Insurance Claims (Work Comp and Employment Related Practice claims will be handled by HR)
- Provide weekly insurance recap to Scot Alison and Sam
- Use provided form to deal with all customer complaints
- Do not provide customers video or pictures unless subpoenaed
- Dispatch
- Dispatch Hazmat Fuel trucks every other weekend
