Job Description
Public Storageis seeking a strategic analytically drivenSenior Business Analystto join our high-impact Digital Delivery Team. This role is instrumental in bridging business needs with technology solutions particularly in the context of enterprise FinTech and AI-driven innovation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset critical thinking capabilities and a passion for solving complex problems through data and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit analyze and document business and functional requirements. Apply critical thinking to challenge assumptions uncover root causes and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- AI & Data-Driven Projects: Partner with data science and engineering teams to define business use cases for AI/ML initiatives such as predictive analytics intelligent automation and customer behavior modeling. Translate business needs into data requirements and evaluate model outputs for business relevance.
- Drive Analytical Rigor: Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate business processes identify trends and support decision-making. Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform product and delivery strategies.
- Model and Visualize Processes: Create detailed process flows use cases and data models to clearly communicate requirements and system interactions across the SDLC.
- Enhance Delivery Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements that streamline requirement gathering validation and handoff to engineering teams.
- Governance and Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and artifacts to support traceability compliance and continuous improvement.
- Project Coordination: Manage multiple priorities and timelines ensuring key milestones are met and stakeholder expectations are proactively managed.
Qualifications :
- 6 years of experience in business analysis product strategy or digital transformation preferably in a FinTech or enterprise technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.
- Experience working on complex projects from a business perspective (e.g. defining use cases evaluating outcomes supporting adoption).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and independently.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Information Systems or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
- Exposure to or certification in AI is a plus.

Public Storage teammates are expected to work in the office five days each week with the option to take up to three flexible remote days per month.
