Develops Plans and Schedules for implementing heavy duty vehicle maintenance program. Responsible for overseeing the checkout of all vehicles under Depot Operations. Provides technical and administrative supervision of the Depot Maintenance Facility. The Heavy Wheel Mechanic also aids the Depot Team during unpacking inventory inspection and support of the repair and check out of the MEIs. This position is located in Qatar
Raytheon is seeking an experienced repair and return specialist to perform duties in support of the Qatar Patriot Depot Operations. The position will be acting as the interface with internal and external customers and coordinating the repair and return cycle for failed material.
The repair and return lead shall be responsible for coordinating the repair and return cycle for failed material. The candidate for this role will also be responsible for identifying lessons learned and best practices to program management. Will work for the logistics manager in support of logistics internal and external support activities associated to the Qatar Central Maintenance Unit (CMU) standard operating procedure (SOP).
What You Will Do:
Logistics internal and external support activities
Communicate with internal and external points of contact across maintenance and logistics operations.
Assist quality assurance with internal and external audit preparation.
Tracks internal and external inbound and outbound shipments and provides reports to management.
Ensures compliance with Total Asset Visibility processes policies and procedures of warehouse personnel that use the automated logistics control system (ALCS)
Report logistics activities to warehouse management
Tracking program failed material through the Qatar CMU warehouse and collecting metrics on repairs
Develop a depot repair materials list and manage the procurement funding & delivery of material
Provide weekly status reports to leadership and manage delivery of any Program CDRL requirements to the Customer
Present and participate in Program Reviews Customer meetings and team status meetings on repairs
Support Raytheon Manufactured Repairs with Cross Business Teams
May occasionally be required to work other than normal duty hours; overtime may be required
Qualifications You Must Have:
Demonstrated leadership skills
Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to make sound timely decisions with limited information
Ability to adapt to austere and ambiguous environments; function with minimal guidance to meet Depot goals and customer needs
A minimum of 6 years of related logistics experience Warehouse operations or production control experience
Ability to articulate software and tool requirements Experience presenting to leadership
Experience with WEBFLIS PUBLOG or similar software
Able to lift to 50 lbs
Qualifications We Prefer:
Critical and creative thinking skills with proven and quantifiable results dealing with ambiguous situations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working with a multi-cultural workforce
A strong desire to learn new processes and lead change within the organization
Raytheon CORE Certification; otherwise must become CORE certified within one (1) year
Experience with import / export regulatory compliance and controls
Strong background in Depot programs such as Repair & Return or Performance Based Logistics
Experience reporting to internal and/or external customers on project status and technical requirements
Experience developing analyzing and reporting metrics related to spares availability and hardware failure analysis
Experience with the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) or similar Computerized Logistics Management System software suite to include set up of job orders tool storage consumable & repair part storage and reporting
Education:
Bachelors Degree with 6 years of related experience or Associates Degree with 10 years experience or HS Diploma/GED with 14 years of related experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees as they are essential to the development of our products.

The salary range for this role is 82000 USD - 164000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
