As a Solutions Analyst II in Corporate Technology Employee Platforms Team you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product owners business operations and software developers by leveraging your technical and analytical reasoning skills. Youll elicit and document business and data flow requirements translating them into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. Your adaptability and ability to lead through change will be crucial in ambiguous situations and in effectively handling dependencies. Your strong foundation in data analytics will be instrumental in developing innovative architecture designs and operating systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will ensure clear and compelling exchanges with diverse stakeholders fostering collaboration and driving the success of the companys projects and programs.
Job responsibilities
- Contribute to data-driven decision-making by extracting insights from large diverse data sets and applying data analytics techniques
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide input on architecture designs and operating systems ensuring alignment with business strategy and technical solutions
- Assist in managing project dependencies and change control by demonstrating adaptability and leading through change in a fast-paced environment
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and applying knowledge of principles and practices within the Solutions Analysis field
- Guide the work of others ensuring timely completion and adherence to established principles and practices
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis with a focus on eliciting and documenting business and data flow requirements
- Baseline knowledge or equivalent expertise in applied architecture principles and the ability to understand the alignment of technology with business strategy
- Demonstrated ability to create visually appealing and engaging presentations for stakeholders and senior leaders. Strong graphic design skills are mandatory for this role
- Ability to craft clear and engaging communications that go out to internal employees ensuring effective messaging and engagement
- Experience in putting together compelling presentations that showcase internal projects and initiatives making them attractive and impactful for stakeholders
- Familiarity with technical solution concepts and vendor products supporting technical solution implementation
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics including experience with extracting insights from large diverse data sets and using data-informed decision-making to support key business initiatives
- Strong technical writing skills translating complex information clearly for stakeholders
Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills
- Understanding of internal HR applications used by employees daily with a focus on supporting these applications rather than front-facing one
- Experience with delivering strategic work focusing on the best ways to deliver programs to the business
