An exciting opportunity has arisen as we expand our Energy and Income Maximisation offer in Ipswich. Were looking for a motivated and well-organised person to deliver energy advice to the highest customer service standards.
These roles will be embedded within our Core Advice team providing energy advice to clients via telephone (or referred through other channels) identifying areas for clients to save money on their energy bills and other outgoings. You will offer advice and support on other services available where appropriate working within the aims policies and principles of the CA service.
To be successful in this role you will be a confident self-driven and self-motivated individual with recent experience as an adviser or able to undertake intensive training to reach the required standard. You will have excellent IT and communication skills and be able to self-manage your workload and time managing client cases with attention to detail and timeliness of advice. You will have a passion for making a difference by providing a top-quality service.
