Location: Katowice remote

Join us as a Visual Designer and contribute to creating engaging presentations reports and visual materials that resonate with our clients. This role offers the chance to develop creative visual concepts that align with modern design trends while supporting our mission of Building a better working world.
Your key responsibilities
As a Visual Designer you will develop creative visual presentations and reports that effectively capture the clients profile and convey information in an attractive and engaging manner. You will collaborate with stakeholders from different fields to ensure all visual materials align with both the clients and EYs branding incorporating data visualization and UX/UI principles. This role will challenge you to think creatively and adapt designs based on feedback enhancing your skills in visual storytelling.
Skills and attributes for success
- The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative and technical skills that enable them to produce visually compelling designs for digital and print.
- A strong understanding of branding data visualization as well as ability to translate business needs to compelling visual presentations will be essential for success in this role.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with team members and adapt designs based on feedback will further enhance the impact of your work.
To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design Visual Communication or a related field.
- Proven experience and visual portfolio showcasing reports and presentations (or other relevant visual materials).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop) and PowerPoint.
- Visual and artistic sense: good eye for typography colour and composition.
- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and techniques.
Ideally youll also have
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles and acquaintance with Figma.
- Experience in adapting existing presentation templates to modern design trends.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
