SAP FICO Senior Manager
Location: Wrocaw/Warszawa/Katowice
Hybrid model: 2 days office/3 days remote

Right now we are looking for a Senior Manager in SAP FICO to join our EY GDS Consulting Services team focused on providing cutting edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players in EMEA region.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Minimum 14 years of experience inSAP FICO implementations(AP AR CL CCA Fixed Assets Product Costing PEC)
- Proven track record as alead consultant on global SAP projects including S4HANA Transformations
- Hands-on experience withSAP S/4HANA Finance implementations
- Proficiency insystem enhancements and custom developments
- Ability toanalyze complex system issuesanddebug ABAP code
- Excellentteam collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience inproject stream leadershipandteam managementis a strong advantage
- Competence in business analysis planning and mentoring
- Mastersdegree in a relevant field
- Qualified accountantor strong background inFinance
- HoldsSAP certifications
- Awareness of theSAP product roadmapand currentindustry trends
- Exposure tovarious industry sectorsis desirable
Ideally youll also have
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP software solutions and business value delivery
- System integration skills
- Experience developing systems requirements designing and prototyping testing training defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under inter-dependent project deadlines.
- Testing skills for strategy development and oversight of execution
- Experience withSAP SignavioProject Systems Group Reporting Central Finance BTP VIM PPM
- SAP Financial planning solutions BPC and/or SAC for Planning
- Hands-on expertise with any of the SAP Treasury core components (i.e. Cash management Transaction manager In-house cash Risk analyzers Liquidity planner Hedge management and accounting SWIFT integration BCM integration with financial accounting and other applications).
- Have experience of supporting pre-sales engagements and responding to RFPs etc
Your key responsibilities
As a member of our team youll have a chance to extend your experience. Youll support clients in technical support of most suitable business solution and take part in advisory projects - implementation of extension to existing SAP systems in Finance area. Youll also participate in solving post-implementation review of chosen processes as well as in coordination of the main project tasks. Business travels are also possible.
