Asst Manager - Leadership Development
Leadership Development COE is focussed on building the pipeline of leaders equipped to manage the growth in GDS. The aim is to prepare the next level leaders with future ready skills fast-tracked through structured talent development interventions.
The key objective of this role would be to design develop and deploy programs to meet the objectives of the COE.
