Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms.
Co-shape the desired business operating and organizational target state through understanding current and best practices identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.
Handle manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.
Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives contributing to the preparation of proposals project deliverables reports and presentations.
Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.
Share and collaborate effectively with others both inside PwC and with client teams.
Communicate confidently in a clear concise and articulate manner verbally and in the materials produced.

A degree in Engineering Business Administration or Economics.
2 years of work experience in a consulting firm.
Excellent comprehension and writing skills in Greek and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Capacity to collaborate effectively with various organizations management levels cultures and personalities.
Desire for continuous learning and development.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office applications is important.
Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or postgraduate degree in the relevant fields.
Prior training certification or experience in project management.
Experience in managing co-funded projects.
