• Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms.

• Co-shape the desired business operating and organizational target state through understanding current and best practices identifying pain points and improvement opportunities.

• Handle manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly.

• Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives contributing to the preparation of proposals project deliverables reports and presentations.

• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

• Share and collaborate effectively with others both inside PwC and with client teams.

• Communicate confidently in a clear concise and articulate manner verbally and in the materials produced.

• A degree in Engineering Business Administration or Economics.

• 2 years of work experience in a consulting firm.

• Excellent comprehension and writing skills in Greek and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Outstanding organizational and management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Capacity to collaborate effectively with various organizations management levels cultures and personalities.

• Desire for continuous learning and development.

• Commitment to delivering high-quality work and building strong client relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications is important.

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or postgraduate degree in the relevant fields.

• Prior training certification or experience in project management.

• Experience in managing co-funded projects.
