You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWere looking for a Lead Product Analyst (Senior Individual Contributor) to join the Regional Expansion Tribe.
Our Regional squads push our global product functionality into new markets and ensure we have a localised product offering in existing markets all while maintaining a very high bar for compliance.
As a Lead Product Analyst your mission is to understand the needs of our local customers and partner with your cross-functional team to solve the most critical customer problems.
The problems youre solving for can vary from understanding our customers pain points in the Send money flow to finding ways to automate customer verification when onboarding or ensuring that a customers profile address is valid.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Collaborate with Product Managers Product Compliance officers Bankers and other cross-functional partners to improve the Wise product
Help your team make data-driven decisions and prioritise the most impactful opportunities to enable Wise to reach Mission Zero
You set KPIs and ensure they are actively used for prioritising the teams work; (this includes planning opp sizing retroes).
Be the primary point of contact for all data related questions and have full ownership of the domain.
Apply cutting-edge technologies like AI and LLMs to create significant value for customers.
Qualifications :
WHAT YOULL BRING
Technical Skills: 5 years experience in analytical roles with strong data analysis skills. Youre proficient in SQL (with the ability to write clear performant and reliable queries) and have knowledge of a scripting language (like Python or R) to automate routine tasks.
Problem Solving: You know how to solve ambiguous problems when there is no clear answer and proactively identifies ways to solve bottlenecks and remove blockers. You are laser-focused on the final goal utilising the 80/20 approach to achieve results efficiently.
Ownership: You enjoy working independently in a fast-paced environment: Identifying impactful opportunities and making them happen triage requests by impact and focus on the main priorities.
Influence: You have strong stakeholder management skills - you are collaborative you know how to influence and when to say yes or no to maximise impact. You have a bias to action - you identify what needs to be done and make it happen.
NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL
Practically used applied AI/ML techniques and built predictive models to get deeper insights
Knowledge of the FinTech ecosystem
