What Youll Need for Success

• With a minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition you have a history of nurturing lasting professional relationships within a corporate environment preferably in the broader insurance industry landscape.

• Youre adept at showcasing your ability to concoct sourcing strategies that dont just attract talent but enchant them.

• Possessing stellar communication skills youre adept at navigating complex conversations and articulating narratives that resonate with diverse audiences up to and including C-suite executives.

• Youre comfortable in environments where change is the only constant guiding talent acquisition amidst ambiguity without losing sight of the strategic horizon.

• With a keen eye for metrics and analytics you can transform data into actionable insights driving smarter more effective recruitment decisions.

• Be fluent in the language of applicant tracking systems (i.e. Workday) Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel Word Outlook) and the diverse tools of the recruitment realm (i.e. Phenom LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed Resume etc.).
