Gain real hands-on experience receive top-tier on-the-job training and best of all walk away with a Certificate III in Laboratory Skills to launch your career in style! This is a 2 year contract with a possibility for a full time role at the end!
In this position you will:
- Collection of samples from designated collection points within the premises
- Unpacking and sorting samples
- Assigning label numbers appropriately
- Analysis of routine samples as designated using various instrumentation
- Correlation of data
- Competency based laboratory studies
- Housekeeping and general equipment maintenance
- Preparation of laboratory standards
- Calibration of instrumentation
- Display care in the use of company instrumentation tools and property

About You
- Hold a year 12 certificate
- Willingness to learn
- Interest in pursuing a career in a laboratory environment
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (we are unable to accept applications from candidates who are temporary residents)
