Job Overview
Our client is urgently hiring multiple Civil Engineers at various experience levels to support Residential Land Development projects. Whether you are a Professional Engineer (PE) or an unregistered professional this role provides a growth-oriented environment where you can develop your technical skills and make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and oversee civil engineering projects with a focus on residential land development.
- Prepare engineering plans reports and technical drawings related to:
- Site development
- Grading
- Stormwater management
- Utility design
- Coordinate with project managers architects and contractors to ensure project success meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and compliance checks to ensure adherence to local codes regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide technical support and expertise throughout all project phases from planning to completion.
- Work on multi-disciplinary projects collaborating with structural geotechnical and environmental engineering teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required (unregistered professionals are encouraged to apply).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil engineering specifically in residential land development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of local state and federal regulations related to civil engineering and land development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
