Lead Maintenance Technician
Whitestown IN
Compensation DOE: Up to $38/hr.
Shift: Weekend Night Shift 5 pm- 5 am.
Our client seeks an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to join their warehouse operations in Whitestown.

What Youll Do as a Lead Maintenance Technician:
As a Lead Mechatronics Technician youll guide a team of service technicians and oversee the installation maintenance and repair of our cutting-edge packaging and distribution systems. Youll also take the lead on designing solutions for equipment issues developing preventative maintenance protocols and ensuring workplace safety and efficiency.
Lead Maintenance Technician Duties Include:
Performing and auditing preventative maintenance on conveyor systems
Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical components (relays motors sensors etc.)
Leading repair projects for critical systems
Training and mentoring technicians
Documenting maintenance activity using a CMMS system
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure operations run smoothly
What Were Looking For:
3 years of industrial maintenance experience
Hands-on experience with automated conveyor or material handling equipment
Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics
Experience with CMMS and safety compliance protocols
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and nights
