About the Position
A premier Los Angeles law firm seeks a highly skilled Complex Trial Attorney with 6 years of experience handling high-stakes white glove trials. This is a full-time permanent position for a litigator who thrives in the courtroom and has a proven track record of success in complex civil or commercial cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of complex trial litigation from case inception through verdict and post-trial motions.
- Develop and execute sophisticated trial strategies for high-value sensitive matters.
- Manage discovery draft and argue motions and oversee all trial preparation.
- Serve as first chair in court presenting cases before judges and juries.
- Supervise and mentor junior attorneys paralegals and litigation support staff.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active member in good standing with the California Bar.
- Minimum of 6 years experience as lead or co-lead counsel in complex trials with a focus on white glove high-profile or high-net-worth client matters.
- Demonstrated success in the courtroom including multiple first-chair trial experiences.
- Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
- Strong leadership case management and client relations abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced demanding environment.

- Competitive base salary: $160000$200000 commensurate with experience and qualifications.
