Job Title: Shop Foreman - Heavy Duty Truck & Diesel

Summary:

Join FleetEasy Company of Family as a Shop Foreman for our InShop Service Department. This role involves supervising all InShop and OnSite mechanical repair orders ensuring accurate diagnosis competent repairs thorough recommendations and an efficient repair cycle time. This position requires you have the unique ability to teach and develop other mechanics. Your time will be split 50/50 between supervising other mechanics and performing service yourself.

Shift Schedule:

Work 4 days per week 10 hours per day. 1 night on call per week. One weekend on call per 4 weeks.

Who is FleetEasy Company of Family

Pro-Tow is our towing department Motorplex is our repair shop and Pro-Enviro is our spill response and cargo recovery department. We do a little bit of everything. We offer a very large variety of work that you will be doing. We have multiple business locations including Auburn Maple Valley and Spokane WA.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all mechanical repairs and service
• Teach train and develop other mechanics.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on fleet and heavy-duty vehicles in a well-equipped shop.
• Conduct mechanical emergency road service calls using a well-equipped Sprinter van.
• Ensure repairs and services meet quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Must be able to type proficiently and must be strong with computers and all modern software.
• Must be proficient in electrical and computer diagnosis DVOMs and a labscope.
• Have Proven experience in heavy-duty truck and diesel mechanics.
• Valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
• Reside within 30 Google minutes of Auburn Shop.

Family Time: Family comes first so if something comes up with your family your time off is approved. Other time off we ask for proper notice and approve over 95% of time off requests.
