Legacy is recruiting an Outpatient Advanced Practitioner for our Family Wellness Center located at 1000 SE Tech Center Dr. Vancouver WA. Providers in this clinic include physicians and advanced practitioners all of whom have been a part of Legacy for several years. Our primary care providers are supported by individually assigned MAs as well as care teams that can include panel coordinators social workers RN case managers behavioral health clinicians and pharmacists.

This is a Supportive APP role. LMG Primary Care utilizes Advanced Practice Providers in this role to extend a group of primary care providers capacity and improve access by:
