Our client is seeking an experienced passionate Nursery Manager to lead a brand-new early years setting designed with creativity safety and curiosity at its heart.

As the Nursery Manager you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery leading the team to deliver outstanding care and early years education. Youll build strong relationships with children families and staff ensuring that the nursery offers a safe stimulating space where every child is supported to develop and flourish.
What Youll Need
- Proven experience as a Nursery Manager in a busy early years setting
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework safeguarding and health & safety
- Strong leadership communication and organisational skills
- A warm proactive approach and a genuine passion for early years development

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the nursery team to deliver high-quality inclusive care and learning
- Ensure compliance with all safeguarding health & safety and EYFS requirements
- Oversee nursery operations including rota planning budgeting and occupancy
- Build trusting relationships with families promoting parental engagement
- Support staff development through supervision mentoring and training
- Foster a nurturing child-centred culture in line with the nurserys values
