HR Intern Unpaid Internship
Melbourne 2-Month Placement SeptemberNovember 2025
Are you a student or recent graduate eager to launch your career in Human Resources Join KJR for a short-term unpaid internship designed to give you real-world exposure to HR operations in a fast-paced people-focused environment.
Based in our Melbourne office youll work closely with our experienced HR team and gain hands-on experience supporting the full employee lifecycle.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintaining and updating employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting recruitment activities such as posting job ads and scheduling interviews
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
What Were Looking For:
- A genuine interest in HR people & culture or business admin
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Availability to work 23 days per week between September and October
- Based in Melbourne with the ability to work onsite
