Your new role
Join our Early Childhood Approach (ECA) team as an Early Intervention Speech Pathologist and make a meaningful impact for children aged 0-6 years with developmental delays and their families. We embrace a relationship-based approach fostering strong connections with families to support each childs unique journey. Utilising the key-worker model you will be the primary point of contact ensuring consistent and family centred care. Our work is short term sessions are community based and occur across a 3-month span. You will be supporting a culturally diverse clientele and part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of Speech Pathologists Occupational Therapists Physiotherapists and Early Childhood Educators.
