We are seeking a highly skilled ILS Training Specialist to join our team. In this role you will design develop and deliver training solutions in key areas of expertise. You will translate training demands into effective procedures and programs ensuring efficiency and relevance. Additionally you will coordinate and oversee the training activities of third parties reviewing existing materials to ensure they meet project requirements.

We are delivering a significant naval shipbuilding and sustainment program for the Royal Australian Navy/Department of pursuit of the SEA 1180 (Arafura Class Offshore Patrol Vessel) contract the company supports Australias national sovereign shipbuilding strategy and operates from the Australian Marine Complex in Henderson Western Australia.
We welcome applications from candidates for various positions for the program. We have a variety of exciting opportunities for individuals with Defence industry and/or shipbuilding experience.
Due to the Security Clearance required for this position applicants must be an Australian Citizen and eligible to obtain and uphold a Baseline Security Clearance through the Australian Department of Defence.
