LOOKING FOR SOUTH AFRICAN CITIZENS WHO ARE BASED IN SOUTH AFRICA CANDIDATES

Position : Sales & Business Development Lead

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST (Flexible within a couple of hours)

Salary Range : $1200 - $1600 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)

Company Overview:

Our client is a New York-based photography firm specializing in high-end event photography corporate events nonprofit events and art industry documentation. The firm is trusted by leading cultural institutions foundations and commercial clients.

Role Overview:

The firm is seeking a sharp proactive and outcome-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) and Client Outreach Coordinator to take ownership of client outreach and help build a more structured resilient booking pipeline. The ideal candidate will manage the outreach and communication process securing photography bookings and managing relationships with clients in the art non-profit and commercial sectors. This role will also involve handling the scheduling of shoots and post- administrative tasks such as invoicing and contracts. This is not a volume-for-volume s-sake sales role; this is about understanding gatekeepers targeting the right verticals and communicating value effectively.

The right candidate will develop and execute a daily outreach rhythm generate qualified leads and play a central role in how the business grows. You ll speak to cultural institutions major nonprofits Fortune 500 companies and gallery directors so strong written and interpersonal skills are essential.

The role is both strategic and operational: you ll run cold outreach campaigns (primarily via LinkedIn Dialpad and Apollo) manage client comms book shoots handle scheduling and contracts and report weekly results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential clients including non-profits commercial organizations art galleries and advisories in New York.
  • Generate leads and manage follow-up communications to book photography shoots.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients ensuring smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Schedule photography shoots coordinating with both clients and the photographer s calendar.
  • Handle post- administrative tasks including invoicing and contract management.
  • Bring expertise and suggestions to optimize outreach strategies and improve client relations.
  • Maintain organized records of client communications and scheduled shoots.
  • Follow up with clients regarding invoices and payments.
